I have been here several times and had great service from Taina and others (hence the two, not one star rating). I recently purchased an edible from this dispensary, the title advertised a 1 to 1 to 1 ratio, however, upon receiving the product, I realized that it was actually 0.5 to 1 to 1. The next day 4/12 I went back to alert the sales people about this issue, and, was basically told that I should have read the description. When I expressed my dissatisfaction for how this complaint was being handled, the sales people were clearly annoyed that I was raising this issue. I was even accused of being passive aggressive which was incorrect – I was direct and clear about my issue. I was not initially asking for a refund, which I think they assumed from the get go. I have been in the high end sales/hospitality business for my entire career and the way this was handled completely turned me off. I will not be back. Sad because I really used to like this place and it is very close to my home. – Paul Schermerhorn
