★★☆☆☆ (2.5/5 Stars) I am giving this shop 2.5 stars because my recent experience raised serious concerns about product quality and customer trust. I regularly purchase the same flower from this dispensary, so I immediately noticed that something seemed different about the product I received. After using it, I felt unusually dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded, and generally unwell. It did not feel like the regulated, licensed cannabis I have come to expect from a legal dispensary. One of the main reasons I choose licensed and regulated marijuana stores is because I want confidence in what I am purchasing. I avoid illegal street marijuana because there is no way to know exactly what is in it or how it was grown, which can create unnecessary health risks. After experiencing these effects, I contacted the shop and explained what happened. Unfortunately, the only response I received was an apology, and no further action was taken. While the flower cost about $70 and I understand that cannabis products are generally non-refundable, my concern is not primarily about the money. It is about consumer safety, product consistency, and trust. When customers purchase from a licensed dispensary, they should be able to rely on the quality and authenticity of the products being sold. I hope this was simply an honest mistake. However, because of the experience and the lack of follow-up, I felt it was important to share my concerns in this review. – Seven Seven

Really friendly and pleasant staff. This was such a breath of fresh air. After several visits to dispensaries in California over the last few years, I've often been disappointed by the customer service experience. That's why this visit stood out so much. Everyone was genuinely friendly, kind, and welcoming. My preorder hadn't been packed, and one of the items I wanted had already sold out. Rather than treating it like an inconvenience, they took the time to make it right and made sure I left happy. I didn't catch her name, but the woman who helped me was wonderful and deserves recognition. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team absolutely delivered. – Liam McGill
