Subject: Formal Complaint: Professionalism and Customer Service Standards ​I am writing to formally address my disappointment with the consistent lack of professionalism and the hostile atmosphere at your North Las Vegas location. As a business owner, I understand that the "captain of the ship" determines the conduct of the crew; unfortunately, the current leadership at this establishment is allowing a culture of immaturity and poor service to persist. ​My concerns include the following: ​Hostile Environment: I have frequently been met with judgmental attitudes and "mean-mugging" from employees. This negative energy creates an unwelcoming, high-tension environment that makes patrons feel like criminals rather than valued customers. ​Inconsistent Professionalism: While I recognize that not all staff members share this mindset, there is a clear lack of maturity among many. A professional establishment should treat every client with equal respect, regardless of how often they visit. ​Disengaged Security: Your security personnel appear nonchalant and do not contribute to a professional or safe-feeling atmosphere. ​Leadership Failure: It appears that negative attitudes are permitted to spread throughout the workforce. Management must take responsibility for "rolling the crap back uphill" to ensure staff are held to a standard of excellence and basic courtesy. ​I chose this location for your products, but I will not continue to patronize a business where the service culture is this demoralizing. This is my first visit to Sanctuary, but not in person; delivery. First off, your ad says .1¢ pre roll for deliveries from 9am-1pm. I placed my order at 12:46, and was told I did not qualify for it. Whatever, let that go. BUT 2). When I place a barely $50 order at 12:46 pm, and your delivery estimate is a little over 3 hrs..and it is now going on hour 6 with NO update whatsoever…maybe you just shouldn't run the delivery for that day. I could have walked and picked it up in shorter time than I'm getting now. Hell, I could have gone to Oasis and back by bus and have done it sooner than this. 3). Upside? Deals seem pretty dope. Hope the store is better! Edit: 9:47 pm, I finally get my order. They did go ahead and give me that penny pre roll, which turned out to be a 2 pack..will smoke later. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional, Poor Communication, and a Complete Waste of Money Tonight — [February 5, 2026 today’s date] around 11:00 PM — I called this dispensary multiple times (11:03 PM and 11:08 PM) because the website clearly states you are OPEN 24 HOURS. I even explained on the phone that I would be paying for a round-trip Lyft just to come there. The employee who answered the phone — a male staff member working the front/security/ID area — never once mentioned a shift change or that customers would not be served. I arrived around 11:30 PM after spending $20 on transportation, only to be told they could not serve me. To make matters worse, the employee present when I arrived refused to provide his name AND would not identify the person I spoke with on the phone. I am describing the staff only so management can determine who was working that shift — not for any other reason. This is now the second bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, a cashier repeated my order back to me but still forgot to include part of it in the bag. That is basic service and should not happen. Customers are spending real money and deserve employees who are alert, professional, and capable of communicating accurate information. If your website says 24 hours, then customers should either be served — or clearly warned about service pauses or shift changes BEFORE they waste time and money traveling there. This dispensary is close to my home, and I used to prefer coming here. But after repeated mistakes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability from staff, you have officially lost a loyal customer. Management seriously needs to address training, professionalism, and communication so other customers do not experience the same frustration. – chef Porsha love
