The Showcase

My experience here usually is wonderful I’ve been lots of times and the bud tenders are great. Except today i went and security basically assaulted me and then turned me away from service. I showed my ID it seemed he wanted to flirt with me as he said wait let me see that one more time need to check your expiration date. As he does this he reaches towards me i then hand it to him because i didn’t want him in my personal space and i say i hope you got all the info you needed! It was so uncomfortable. He then proceeds to say what did you say and i repeated myself and then he says now you’re not coming in and you won’t be buying anything. I was appalled. I even asked for a manager he stood in front of me and placed his chest against mines and wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager. While doing this others are entering the store and he’s not even checking their identification which was crazy as well. I did finally speak with Jessica and Alysia who were pretty nice and apologized but the owner of the security company Ivan was very rude and made lots of excuses for this guy instead of telling me he’s sorry and how we could move forward so this wouldn’t happened again. I will never return here and I’m going to file more complaints because i feel violated. I will continue going to the bright spot where they value their customers! – Elle Williams

The Showcase is the best. You can't beat there prices and deals, even if you could the thing for me is the staff, there amazing. Not only sometimes but all the time. They are so welcoming. I really want to give a shout out to Amanda, she is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond each and every time. I love this shop. I love the concept of the open market floor. Honestly that could be the shop, I love it. I’ve been in twice and Jess helped me out both times. She is awesome and knowledgeable. Very cool and real. Love the store/market concept guys! Plus you can buy supplies and of all things, art! Definitely a great stop and a great place to regular at! – Dennis Snyder
