5 stars for the acting skills here. The staff deserve awards for confidently telling customers the products are fresh when they clearly aren’t. The manager (blonde hair, glasses) also delivered some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced — rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in helping customers. I had a really bad experience here. The product I bought was not what they described at all. The staff recommended it and told me it would be a certain way, but it ended up being completely different. It honestly felt misleading. I would suggest trusting your own judgment instead of relying on their recommendations. Also, the manager with blonde hair and glasses was very rude and unprofessional. happened on 18:45 pm hope that’s help for the owner, btw i’m a regular there since they opened in this location, very disappointed this time. Never going back there. at least the manager get fired. be honest :( – Isick.

Liliana provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She gave honest recommendations based on what I was looking for and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s clear she cares about helping customers find the right products. Miss Alyssa (Milano) she was amazing my favorite charm sister she got me right that gelato hit was amazing on everything. I’m only gonna come in if she’s working don’t ever get rid of her !!!!!!90s baby out. Well, now I have to add Miss Elisabetta to my review. She is wonderful. She took me to the back where there is a secret room that has all of the bongs and what not. I did not know that was back there. I felt like a VIP she really knows her stuff got me all the higher quality wraps and blunts that I needed. I super appreciate her and definitely will be back.. – Meet the McDonalds

I was assisted by Kyle on my purchase and it’s been a while since I have been to this showcase but after today, I’m going to be coming back more often.
