We really gave this dispensary a try because of the weekly promos they have. But their flowers that are on promo are usually dry. We still went back. They claim if it says bakers batch it’s shake if it doesnt then it’s flowers. But today they had 28g for $55 “flower” of Phenom exotic, literally says “premium flower” in the pic on their website. When I got there the guys said it’s shake, we decided to give it a try but as you can see below…. It’s nothing but water leaves, twigs, and crap. I don’t know if this is the weed shop or the brand but it is complete false advertisement. We will Not Be Going Back. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I visited twice during my stay in Vegas and was blown away by the amazing customer service I was given on both occasions. By far the worse dispensary in town. The budtender sold me an $80 ounce of Pheno Exotics that was suppose to be shake and small buds. It's 95% trim and stems. Shake is still smokeable flower, this is not! He sold me a bag of fan leaves and stems with maybe 4 grams of smokeable flower. I also bought the sunset sherbet. This is my favorite strain so I know what it taste like. This sunset sherbet is garbage. It's so dry out turns to dust when you touch it and it taste nothing like sunset sherbet. Finally they offer no deals. No first time buyer deals, no local deals, nothing special for me to ever return to this dispensary. I'm so displeased with my purchases and experience here I will never return. I've already told my friends and community about my experience so they won't have to go. Update: I see someone else a few days ago had the same horrible experience I had. Then I notice the Exhale team commenting on the positive reviews but have nothing to say to the customers they've ripped off.
