I paid by bank, never do that. My order was given to someone else. Instead of them fixing the issue since my paid order is with someone else; I am sitting waiting while they talk to their boss. I am being treated like my money wasn’t given to them and they gave my order away. I def won’t be coming back here. Dude said trying to figure out a way to send your money; no give me my order. I’m not paying yall again. I’ve been sitting here for almost 20 minutes. This is so unprofessional. I am black so naturally they sent the black man out front to sit with me. Disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager is coming in. What in the world is going on here? Is everyone dumb? Including the owner. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Employees are rude and ignorant. Could’ve had a steady customer out of me but I’ll happily drive to bloom instead. TRASSSHHHH. Yelling at everyone in there bc they closed in 5 minutes but online you have the option to pick up until 9? Don’t process orders so you don’t know if they’re ready. I tried to give this dispensary the benefit of a doubt, but they've tried the same thing too many times. All depending on who works there depends on what time they close those doors, Today I was at the door at 9:43. The door was locked and they proceeded to tell me that they cannot take my business because they were closed. I asked them I thought you guys closed at 9 PM. They proceeded to tell me that they shut the doors and lock them at 9:45. It was 943 so I asked them why the door was locked. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that there was another dispensary right up the street which I was very aware of. They just have bad practices during the snowstorm. They kept multiple customers outside in the parking lot. Wow they kept the doors shut when they were clearly open. – cali luvv
Let me tell you something. I'm not gonna divulge everything for fear of mass chaos but seriously. Make this your go-to for all things cannabis cause they are awesome. Especially the gorgeous receptionist. Thank you guys! I won't have to break the tv!! – Jamie
