just getting around to posting this- came in 5/22, so it’s a slightly overdue review but necessary nonetheless. first week they tested out their medical side. cashier immediately assumed that I belonged on the recreational side for whatever reason… not sure if it’s because I don’t fit the profile of the typical medical marijuana user or maybe she was on autopilot, who knows. medical menu wasn’t working on the ipad, the cashier was pretty impatient and repeatedly asked me if I was going to bother buying anything (I have actually been to theory as a customer before lol) as I was composing a list of things to get. ended up purchasing >$100 worth of product but honestly shouldn’t have given this spot the time of day that afternoon. the whole ordeal probably lasted around 30 minutes. woefully unprepared to start selling medical. no incentives for abhorrent service either. ended up having to withdraw $$ from the atm (so I spent more) since the advertised dutchiepay wasn’t working. icing on the cake? rude saleswoman couldn’t produce a receipt for me when I requested it :) all in all would definitely not return, which sucks because not many spots have pax products in stock. but I’ll certainly manage. can definitely produce my bank statement to prove that I was there if anyone wants to dispute my patronage that day! – Sydney Bobb
Went in here for my first time ever at a dispensary and it was such a welcoming experience. The budtender who served me was so friendly and kind and answered all my questions and helped me find something to try. The prices seem really reasonable here compared to what I’ve looked up online. I also love the vibe in here, super cool art design outside and inside. I will definitely be back – Kristen Havlik
Ben was unprofessional!! New client entitled to 20% discount four times. Have been there once before and was told that I would be entitled to a discount twice instead of four times!! Ben who was behind the counter was called 4 times to help me to no avail!! To busy listening to loud music and didn’t hear the woman trying to reach out to me!! Really friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The store has a very welcoming vibe, and the lady up front was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and not rushed at all, which I really appreciated. The selection here is really good, with a wide variety of products to choose from, so there’s something for everyone whether you know exactly what you want or are just browsing. The store itself is big, clean, and well organized, which makes it easy to look around and take your time. There is also a lot of merchandise available, from accessories to branded items, which is a nice bonus and shows they put effort into their presentation. Pricing was a little higher than what I’m personally used to coming from Chicago, but that wasn’t a deal breaker considering the quality and overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was that they offer a 10% veteran discount, which I think is awesome and shows appreciation for service members. Overall, it’s a really cool store with great staff, a solid selection, and a positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking it out. – Dominic Sebilla
