I spoke to my Bud Tender and informed him that last time I was in, I ordered screens but received an empty package. He replaced what I did not receive last time. I was also offered free cases of Hi5 due to the amount I spent on my order. I am very happy with the warm welcome I always get when walking into the store. Large selection/ decent pricing for a recreational spot next to the airport. and the lovely lady that helped me on the sunday morning of june 14th was very kind.. Unfortunatley she did have to apologize for her coworkers disgusting behavior.. I would have left the store and went somewhere else if i wasn’t in a pinch for time. As i’m scrolling the menu a customer had just checked out with a young man working behind the counter with the lady that helped me. The SECOND the customer steps out of the place this employee starts cursing about him and saying he should go back to florida where he “fried his brain” …… all that customer did was politely ask for a discount…. you don’t talk about customers in front of other customers and certainly don’t curse and make fun of them… I mentioned out loud that i’m from florida too after waiting a few seconds to see if HIS fried brain would realize he just said all that in front of a customer. He didn’t even apologize and continued to talk trash about florida. I guess that’s why he’s stuck working at the checkout counter at a retail shop… LOSER!! – Chandler Blankenship
I purchased an accessory piece less than a week ago and was flatly refused a return, despite reaching out promptly. When I tried to explain my position, staff literally talked over me. Not interrupted—talked over. It was clear they had already decided they didn’t care what I had to say. Plenty of other dispensaries — do yourself a favor and go to one of them. Good selection, decent prices. Ordering platform was not helpful. Attempted to pre-order at 8pm, as I live a distance and wanted to ensure that my items would be ready. The system would not process my request. If your business turns off ordering at a certain time, it would be helpful if that was published on your website. – Rebecca Dukette
