I was told by staff members that I could bring my vape back with the packaging if I had troubles with it and I would be able to get it replaced. I bought a vape after doing so many times here. The vape was not pulling—I would take a 10 second hit and barely anything would come out. I tried charging the vape and everything. I went into the store and the staff were nice as always. The person who told me I could come back if I had issues even said I didn’t need to bring the receipt when I returned and she checked my ID. When I went into the back, the manager immediately was rude to me. The staff were getting ready to exchange the vape when the rude manager asked to speak to me outside. She claims she used a device to “check” my vape and said it worked. She told me to hit the vape. First, this is very unsanitary for her to ask me to hit my vape after using a device that was in my mouth before, and has touched many other used vapes. When i hit the vape and a very little amount smoke came out, she rudely told me that I was lying and that the vape worked and that she wouldn’t exchange it. She was so nasty and I kind of felt targeted for my religion as she was staring at my necklace a lot. She went, “why would I give you replacement? You can see that smoke is coming out.” I tried to explain to her that I had to take a blinker to get a normal amount of smoke out, and that I had to charge it shortly after opening it. She treated me like I was dumb, and totally ignored me when I asked her what to do when it breaks again like it did 5 minutes later. She accused me of just not liking the vape, when it very clearly wasn’t working front of her. I just don’t understand why she would act like that when all of the other staff members were ok with me exchanging my vape for something of the same price. The vape was practically full. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, or if she has a problem with the Jewish star necklace she constantly stared at. I will never come back here again after my experience with her. Better off going to ZenLeaf a few miles down the road. – Ryan Levinson
CHEAP – AFFORDABLE! Literally love this place! Compared to some of the more popular names you see this place has the cheapest stuff and quality! I've never gotten something I didn't like. Also the staff are so nice and helpful 🥺 I love them there they always help me choose something also there's usually these like deals of the day or week and they're pretty damn awesome! So I would recommend checking these guys out for sure. – Frederick

Every time I go in they are great assisting me and always courteous and very welcoming. Jai helped me last time I went in and she was great. Wonderful personality and very helpful. She deserves a raise. My only complaint is it seems understaffed which is odd because I have personally, and know of several others that have applied with no word back or anything. Seems like you should hire more to truly elevate the customer service and experience. Otherwise a great place, I choose it over other dispensaries in the area. – Julian Howard
Made a pre order mid day for a later pickup and staff didn't complete the order so when I arrived some of what I ordered wasn't available because they sold it to someone else. I asked about the discounts stacking and I believe I was overcharged BUT I can't check because I wasn't given my recept. Compared to other Theory locations this was a poor experience. – Malo
