Timber Cannabis Co. Dispensary Allegan

First time this has happened. I was shorted a bag of gummies. Picked up my order around Noon Thursday 12/18 and was in kind of a hurry (that's why I do the pick-up) that was my mistake – I didn't open the bag to check my order. My fault. I'm just warning people to be sure to check your order. I also got a very weird vibe when I walked in. Desk was being attended by a young blonde, curly haired man who was just acting 'odd' (to me) and there was another man in the lobby just standing there? I just felt weird. Then he didn't even give me my change….kept fussing with the register – but like I said, I was in kind of a hurry and told him to put it in the tip jar. That won't happen again. I'll return because this was the first 'bad' experience I've had. I really like the bearded guy I usually deal with – he has a real / honest smile. ***EDIT 2/27/26 and gave them the well-deserved 5 star rating: Stopped in today to pick up my online order and was greeted by our favorite dude….the bearded Anthony! What a great guy! Always has a smile for you, very helpful and very friendly AND when I asked to check my order because my last one was shorted (see above) Anthony must've known about it and said "no problem – I pulled it myself"…yup, it was all there. :o) Thanks again! I'm still another satisfied/repeat customer. Love you guys :o) – Armadilo P

It's great to see that the owner actually listened to the customers and introduced society C. I posted about a year ago that the dispos they had weren't great. Fast forward a year, and he finally took action, and I've been going back four times a month since they came in. I'm really happy I don't have to make the drive to Kalamazoo or jars anymore. Although, I do have to pay an extra $2 for them at Timber. – Zanzibar11

Today was the first time I’ve been to this new beaut! Very clean! The homie that help my boyfriend and I was super helpful. They have everything with a great set up. We did go later, so not sure how many people know or have been there. On top of it there’s Tons of parking! I’ll definitely be back. 1st time 50% off Deli or 30% of store wide.
