I’ve been a loyal customer at TJ’s for quite a while now, visiting almost weekly. Last night, I spent over $600 there, and as always, Andrew — one of the budtenders — was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, this visit ended on a disappointing note. When I got home, I noticed one of the ounce jars I purchased had a broken seal. Curious and a bit suspicious, I opened it up and saw that it was also missing the second protective lid. I weighed it, and it turned out to be a gram short — which felt off. I immediately called the store and spoke with a manager who was very understanding and professional. She advised us to come back the next day and speak to Jawon. When we returned, however, the experience took a turn. Jawon was the complete opposite of what I’ve come to expect from the staff at TJ’s. He was rude, dismissive, and acted as if I was trying to scam the store over a missing gram — something that honestly insulted me as a regular customer. There was no courtesy or professionalism, which is surprising coming from a manager. After some back and forth (and attitude), they did end up exchanging the ounce. As a heads-up to other customers: always check your seals before leaving the store. This situation felt shady, and after the incident, one of the budtenders even mentioned this wasn’t the first time something like this had happened. That raises a red flag. TJ’s needs to seriously look into their internal handling procedures and employees before placing blame on the people keeping their business running — the customers. – tito carney

I knew TJ during our teenage years. Happy to support his success. Bud Tenders are always extremely helpful and friendly. Keep an eye on your mail for coupons. Also additional discounts with the points program. A must to check out if you're not local to the area. Always a lovely experience!!! – Ashley Dodge

Went to TJ's for the 1st time about a week ago. It's awesome for a rec dispensary as a medical user. The prices aren't bad either. The staff is cool and quite knowledgeable. I like that they give AND receive knowledge. I like the plethora of personalities that flow throughout the establishment. Their product lines are diverse so the selections are great. The best marijuana shop around. Super good quality and always a good, chill, positive atmosphere. All employees are super nice. One employee in particular is Andrew, he is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and seems like a genuinely nice person. Highly recommend this place. – Rob Sanford
