If you support those actions of your staff, it’s clear where the problem is. Allowing your staff to mistreat customers and then responding that you support such behavior is all the reason I need to avoid your business. I had been going here for a while and had always recieved amazing service until today. I'm so offended by what happened that I felt the need to leave a review. A guy named Pete waited on me and I asked for a recommendation. No straight indica. I asked for a hybrid. He sent me to an indica in the case and when I questioned it, he said I told me to just get something from a different brand I'd had prior. I told him I wanted a strain recommendation, not a brand rec. He then told me that he's not there to tell me what to get, when that's literally his job. He was so rude. I snapped back at him and he just ignored me. Dispensaries are a dime a dozen these days. I was going here because the location was more convenient for me, but I think I'll be taking my business back to Raven's Joint in Clay. Very disappointed. Today was was my first time at TJ'S CC. I was very pleased with my overall experience. My budtender Sheridan and the other two employees that helped me were very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The selection of top shelf flower, and concentrates was impressive. Sold me burnt cartridge they replaced it with the same brand and the oil again looked burnt. They refused to refund me or give another brand. They tried the vape and said it taste fine, but it’s definitely not. Edit: Here’s a photo of what I got from them both times. Idk what it was but cooked my lungs they felt like glue.
