I’m a single widowed dad, temporarily here in town for work with my son. The state I'm from allows children to accompany parents on sales floors, I thought it was reasonable to ask at the front desk while I was out running errands with my son. I opened the door, and as soon as they noticed me I was immediately met with hostility. It threw me off at first, both staff members aggressively raised their voices at me in front of my son. But I didn’t rebuttal and left immediately, but while at the door I did try to explain that this doesn’t warrant the moral outrage, it’s permitted in other parts of the country, I was only there to ask and this was a misunderstanding. One of the women proceeded to follow me outside on the sidewalk just to tell me “you’re a really bad father.” The way they handled the situation caused a traumatic experience for my son, it was super unnecessarily escalated by them. yaaaa I would say go elsewhere to buy your weed, especially disposable pens. This is my third time getting a busted Raw Garden pen…the quality is bad & quite frankly the prices could be better. It's also impossible to ever get a hold of someone in the store when I call. There is only ever one person working when I go in, when I call or the three numbers they have listed online don't work lol. The bud tenders don’t seem informed enough about weed to ask in depth questions. I’ve tried asking before & was given the same basic answers you’d hear anywhere else…There are way better dispensaries in the city. Save your time & money please. This company is a scam ripoff. I've been a long time customer, and ordered apparel from their website and they never sent it. No one reply to my multiple emails, no reply to IG DM, nothing. Complete scam ripoff do not give them your business – Eric Abud
I believe if people are spending money no matter how much or how little a proper experience should be given or at least have information on what is on the floor being sold to consumers, what is what and so on. I asked questions about the nun flower and the "bud-tentder" told me if i wanted to know to look it up on my phone because they werent told anything. I regret not saying anything in the moment but i decided at the time it be best to just send an email sharing this experience. I have not opened any of the products if possible I'd like to get my money back and go elsewhere . Also noticed there are 2 sales tax. I have sent an email with more details to the contact us emails posted on site but even that is not accurate . – Rose J
