I like this dispo, it’s convenient and fast service. Myles helped me yesterday. I was just stared at when I walked in. While I searched around up until I walked up to the counter with him, I was the first one to greet him. He didn’t ask what I was looking for. When he was telling me what they had for dispos (which is what I was looking for), he only told me about two and didn’t seem interested in explaining much. I felt kinda lost and it was pretty awkward. I see they have like an iPad with their menu and was hoping to be guided on their menu/ deals like I have been at other places. Also, his card machine wasn’t working/ booted up, so he said “uhh, you can go to the ATM and we can do cash.” I said “can you send me to another register to check out instead, please” (because we know the ATM charges to withdraw already..) so he sent me to another register, and I forgot the lady’s name who checked me out. I believe it was Karli? 😬 Not too sure but she had glasses and short maroon-ish red hair. 😅 She was a gem! Overall, yesterday I had an OK experience for my second time coming into Tree of Life. They said next time I come in they will probably tell me no I can’t use the card readers cuz they may or may not be busy….. I come here for that convinence so I will be going to Jardin instead ! I didn’t realize what an issue it was for you guys! Lowered my review once I noticed multiple people had this issue not just me…. So it’s not business it’s laziness got it also got no credit for point for any of my previous purchases this place is a rip off! From the first time I bought here, it has been awesome service and great people. I love that if you aren't sure about what you want, the staff can help you find something that will work for you. Prices are good and they have deals every day, plus certain brands have specials on different days. I definitely recommend the Jones location for anyone who needs a good place to shop with confidence and leave with happiness in a pouch. – Dawn
Great dispensary. I just tried them yesterday for the first time. 30%+ quality buds for 58$ half ounces is "Im switching to you guys permanently" level prices.
