This was my first time there, and it was awesome! The staff and the atmosphere bring the perfect vibe! Everyone was so awesome! Thanks for having what I needed! #betty'sstrawberrylemonade – Shellie Gordon

Pre-order online for an ounce of bud at 40% for $100. Get handed an ounce of Bud at 23%. I noticed my prescription as a cancer survivor with medical card is only half of what I ordered online. The employees tell me there are no refunds they double check the product and tell me that I should have verified it. That's not how prescriptions work. The store will avoid accountability and blame the customer and you will leave the store feeling very bad. I cannot recommend this store to any other medical card holders until they figure out how to run a website and a pharmacy because they forgot they're a pharmacy they think they're drug dealers. I had just moved to Peoria and this was my very first visit. I hadn't even had a chance to pre-order anything. Still, even as a first time walk in customer everyone was SUPER helpful, friendly, courteous and kind! Thanks Trinity for everything! – Dawn Ameigh

Over all I absolutely love this place! The staff are always friendly and I can get in/out in no time. Which is awesome! However there was one evening where as I was walking into the store I saw an old IV needle on the ground in the parking lot. I let the staff member know once I got inside the store that it was out there and that someone should pick it up. I kinda felt like the dude brushed me off and didn't really care, but he said okay. I figured he'd go right out and grab it, but as I was leaving the store I saw it was still there. As a recovering IV user myself this felt.. very idk, sad that the dude didn't care enough to pick it up and kinda made me lose respect for the guy. Yes, I absolutely realize I could have picked it up myself and I did after it continued to sit there for at least another week. I could have just done that in the first place, but considering my past.. I didn't even wanna feel it in my hands. It's triggering to touch and would bring up even more emotions. I just feel like if a guest tells you there's a dirty needle in your parking lot, not too far from your front door… then you should go and pick it up. idk not trying to sound like a baby, but it was poor customer service. – Alyssa Adams (Lissy)

I was very disappointed today. I was in line, no one behind me. The lady behind the counter looked at me as she was getting ready to call me up. In walks a lady and says "Danny" and proceeds to the counter with her ID in hand. The woman behind the counter gives her her purchases. As the woman was leaving, I said, "That was rude." I was then called to the counter, and I also told "Danny" it was rude and that I wanted to talk to the manager. A young woman walked up and said she was sorry, that basically the lady had a reservation ( so did I) and that the other woman that walked in was also an employee, and she would have a talk with both of them. To me, I felt as if this was just going to be brushed under the table. As a medical card carrier, I truly felt this was just rude and inconsiderate. I also wanted to say that I don't necessarily blame "Danny" as that put her in an awkward situation with this other employee walking straight up to her, calling her name, and ID in hand. – Michelle
