I've been going here for about a year and I have ZERO complaints! The staff is always very welcoming and helpful and make it feel like your family. I've also never had a bad product or experience from this location! Definitely 10/10💯 Today my bud tender was Hanna at Trinity Cannabis on University in Peoria,IL. It was a strange experience, oncologist suggested medical cannabis. Explained symptoms to young girl I was experiencing and pain trying to control. Disappointed received no pain relief, friend of a friend had another type of balm she used and it worked wonders! I was relying sales girl knowledge as I had no product info, I’m elderly, it was all Greek to me! I was very disappointed that I spent $100.00 and was then charged an extra $5.00 because I paid with Debit card! I don’t think this was fair since I had a medical card. Everyone there was very polite though, maybe just a misunderstanding, I don’t know. Will go back because of location and be a little more assertive. – V Montbriand
Can vary on who's working. Usually real good but just recently it was an absolute joke. Medical and he sent me in the recreational way because "there were too many in medical". Yet he sent over 6 people into the medical side while I watched everyone be helped. Really need to have at least someone for the rec side. No one should have to wait there completely ignored for that long. Again, it's usually really good. But I've found it depends on who's working. When I was helped the guy was really really nice and cool though. – Nox

i always have such great service going into Trinity on University Ave! everyone is always so so so nice, speed of service is phenomenal, and when i went in for my birthday today, it was no exception😍 Tasha and Ken served me today and they are just the sweetest! i don’t think i’ve seen them before, but it didn’t matter. they had such kind words to say for my birthday, and it was only an added plus that Tasha’s earrings were super cute too😂😂❤️❤️ – Arianna Shea
