Typically not a review guy, but this is an exception. Great place, even better staff. Just started going to Trinity on University a few weeks ago, and any time I had a question about anything they've always been eager to help, very respectful and it makes the entire shopping experience better which is why it's the only place I go to get my bud now. Plus they also have a reward "points" system for the customers which is nice. For example today I walked out with a $89 product and it only cost me $19.60 bc of all the points I had before going in. I've been going here for about a year and I have ZERO complaints! The staff is always very welcoming and helpful and make it feel like your family. It was a strange experience, oncologist suggested medical cannabis. Explained symptoms to young girl I was experiencing and pain trying to control. Disappointed received no pain relief, friend of a friend had another type of balm she used and it worked wonders! I was relying sales girl knowledge as I had no product info, I’m elderly, it was all Greek to me! I was very disappointed that I spent $100.00 and was then charged an extra $5.00 because I paid with Debit card! I don’t think this was fair since I had a medical card. Everyone there was very polite though, maybe just a misunderstanding, I don’t know. Will go back because of location and be a little more assertive. – V Montbriand
