If dispensaries gave out PhDs in being awesome, Tyler would have tenure. I walked into Tropicana hoping not to make myself look like I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Tyler somehow translated my vague descriptions ("I want to feel good, not accidentally communicate with furniture") into the perfect recommendations. He's ridiculously knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and somehow manages to make the whole experience feel like you're getting advice from your funniest, most informed friend instead of a sales pitch. Zero pressure, all good vibes, and he actually listens. Tropicana is lucky to have him. Give the man a raise, a trophy, or at least unlimited snacks. Luis is my favorite budtender here! He is always so kind and the conversation is authentic and genuine. I was going to catalyst for a long time but he's the reason I come here. The dispensary itself is really clean with a great selection but even when the foh treat you like another dollar sign he definitely loves what he does and it makes the trip worth while. 🦩🌴I’m from Indiana I was only in California for a week june1-7 2026 and Tropicana was my go to while being there . I found them watching a video on YouTube dispensary reviews.It had a perfect name. Had the perfect look. I was in the area I thought I would check it out. Everyone was really nice and helpful. This place does not disappoint. Spent $480 on a Puff co. Product didn’t work and wouldn’t turn on. Even though I had bought it three hours earlier. UPDATE: Tropicanna, Craig and Aaron were a BIG help offering to exchange and do the warranty. I Got a brand new one that works this time! This is good customer service!!!! – Drakes Vasquez
