The overall energy from most of the staff here feels like, “I don’t want to be here, and I want you to feel that too.” It’s disappointing, because this should be a relaxing, welcoming experience. The one exception is the manager — he’s consistently kind, professional, and always makes sure to hand your ID back directly instead of dropping it into the shopping bag. That small detail matters. I’ve accidentally thrown my ID away once because it was placed in the bag, and I can only imagine how many customers have had similar issues. Honestly, when have you ever gone to a store where your change or your ID is tossed into the bag with your products? It’s strange, careless, and really frustrating. Watch out! Always check that your products are sealed correctly and flower is not missing or exchanged… I stopped shopping in 2 other stores (back more than a year ago) cause of the same issue!!! – William Hennigan
