I want to start out by saying the staff at Trulieve Clintonville were very friendly and I just went to Trulieve Clintonville for the first time last night. I purchased 5 of the 2.8g by Modern Flower. They all 5 was 31% THC, the flower in everyone is so dried out. If you squeeze it between ur thumb and first 2 fingers it’s burst into powder. The flower looks beautiful but it is not sticky at all, I’m very unsatisfied. I did call the dispensary and talk to someone today. Trulieve does not have any kind of exchange policy in store for flower. So I figured I’d leave a review so maybe they will get an exchange policy for flower if u check it before leaving dispensary. This stuff is not cheap. I have attached pictures of the flower is before I squeezed it and after. It’s just extremely dry. Update: I stopped on my way to pick.up.my Service Dog after her surgery and was ignored. I showed Valid Identification that has my Veteran Status on it and I even had a Military shirt on each time I visited. This time however, I was passed over while standing in line because I used the anonymous buy. So, I left and I will definitely not be back to this dispensary again. If your employees asked or verified when I told them I was a veteran, I would've happily showed them my driver's license which has military status on it. But, I was told since I used anonymous there was no military doscoun. You won't have to worry about me being back. Bet… Place is really nice, its clean, and all the staff I dealt with was friendly. Unfortunately you can't get a Veteran discount using an anonymous profile. I was just down here for my Service Dog who was recently diagnosed with Cancer, so I stopped to get a couple pre rolls while I was at OSU veterinary hospital waiting. Convenient in that regard. – Rick

Honestly, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone who works here is super nice and actually helpful — like they take the time to explain things instead of rushing you. The products have all been great too, and I like knowing exactly what I’m getting and what’s in it. It just feels safer and more legit. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and I don’t get it, which is why I’m leaving this review. My experiences have been the total opposite. This place has been solid every time I’ve gone.
