Absolute worst dispensary in the entire Valley. Service is absolutely atrocious. Way overpriced compared to all other dispos. Their check-in system is so hilarious Trulieve is paying six budtenders to just stand there while they're check-in guy is 15 deep trying to do online orders…. like they have zero management…. they have zero service and they have the crown jewel location for weed in the entire valley and they just have dropped the ball there worse year by year by year. Stopped by on my way to California for a wax cartridge and was not disappointed. ⛽️ I was looking for a wax cartridge at a certain price point and the budtender Angel did the best she could to hook me up while working with my budget. Thanks to her, I was able to walk out with a .5g wax cartridge for just under $30. As a first time customer, I was able to get 30% off my first purchase which was super helpful to keep me within my budget. They have a huge selection of edibles, flower, and wax so I’m sure you will be able to find something that works for you here. Pro tip: bring extra cash for tax and a tip. 😉 – Jazmin Mascorro

Trulieve does not have a medical line. There were several people in line who didn’t have the cash to pay for the purchase so they had to go to the ATM so we had to wait a long time. The order associate came out and said she would help whoever knew what they wanted and I said I know what I want and she says you just stay there because you’re first in line now and she took the people three back and they ended up getting out of the store about five minutes before me because I still had to wait! I’m not sure when I’ll be back since now I can go to story dispensary and Curaleaf has a medical line – Teresa Hane

The manager of the store is very rude, the staff have good vibes but she is very rude. For people in the business of selling marijuana, she always has an attitude for customers. I do not recommend this location, I have had better experiences at other Trulieve locations visiting with friends but this one in Downtown, is not a great experience. – Honest makuva
