Trulieve Roosevelt is a solid dispensary, especially if you’re looking for a good deal on in-house live resin. The quality is consistently decent for the price, and I’ve had some good pick-ups here. (Modern Flower concentrates) The staff is kind and helpful, but service can be a little slow at times. You can tell there’s a lot of turnover because there always seems to be someone new training or working the floor. Compared to other dispensaries like JARS, where they usually have more dispensary agents helping customers at once, this location can feel a little understaffed with only 2–3 people working. The location is convenient for downtown Phoenix and Roosevelt, but traffic around there can get crazy. Depending on which direction you’re coming from, you may have to pull a U-turn just to access the parking lot. It’s also right by the First Friday area, so I personally avoid going on First Fridays because parking and traffic can be a lot. Overall, the deals and live resin quality make it worth stopping by, but I’d recommend ordering ahead or going when you’re not in a rush. – Chantyphx
Inventory manager needs to be fired , hoe do you have the product but won’t sell it to me because you can’t ring it up. The girls in here are not smart by any means. I will be speaking with cooperate. Laziest workers I’ve ever met. Who ever is in charge of hiring should be fired as well. I’ll never go there again. – Phill “No Limits” Style

Got Lied to by the bartender about my transaction not going through. He ran my card twice. When I took notice I called was advised by the person who took the phone call to dispute the transaction because there was nothing they could do on their end until the transaction went through. I did what was advised to me by the trulive employee and did not get my money back because it’s a debit transaction when you put your pin, you’re saying OK to the transaction. Which means only the dispensary can refund you on a double transaction . Long story short I walked out paying twice getting my product once left a message requesting results. They have yet to provide result and I am out $170. I highly suggest you do not trust the bud tenders in regards to your transaction, not going through he lied probably got free product. This is a good place with good product selection and pricing. However, the last time I was at Trulieve in Sierra Vista (Mid-March 2026) there was a very creepy bad-energy Transvestite employee working behind the counter. Very disconcerting. I won't return to that location. – Troy Wilde
