True leave is typically one of my go to, but I feel like they need to train their bartenders better on their product I am a pretty big connoisseur and I’m very picky with my flower and it seems like nobody can ever answer any of my questions. It seems like they’re more concerned with just pushing you out the door and getting the next customer. I typically spend over $200 a week there and I definitely like better customer service – steven B

They are friendly and nice. The product is fine. ONLINE orders specifically- they do not count what they sell you in front of you; and there is a very good change you will not leave with everything you paid for… this happens about 20% of the time. It's happened to me 3x in as many months. It's unfortunate I feel I need to go elsewhere. – Erica Porter

I have been shopping here since they first opened. After two years of trying to get them to correct my account from “recreational” to “medical” I was told if I didn’t like it I could go else where by the stocking guy, who then ALSO refused to bring my medical marijuana to the cashier as if he was punishing me for complaining. I’ll never be back. There’s definitely a problem cause they also have a high staff turnover. I asked to speak to his manager and was told Ryan isn’t in the building and they could take a message and have him call me. They refused to give me a number to call or to complain and refused to let me speak to a manager-the stock guy said no manager was on staff and he wasn’t going to give me his phone number. I think there’s only one or two of the original employees? Business 101 You do not talk to or treat a paying customer like that. Had he worked for me he would’ve been fired on the spot or written up. They’re now easily loosing $200-$1500 on any given month because of their employee. I’ll drive out of my way rather than be treated like a 2nd class citizen by some guy whose business I used to support. #bellyup – Robin Harris

Honestly, staff is nice. But thats it, prices are way over normal. I compare and spend half as much at competitors for twice the concentrate. I still check daily and have yet to see a good deal come across. Get the same concentrate somewhere else with a bogo and a discount. – Troy Conklin

I live very near this Tatum location, however I now go to Story dispensary on 7th Street and Dunlap. The Trulieve Tatum staff was always very arrogant and condescending to me, and made multiple order errors on product and prices. My advice is to go to Story and compare for yourself! They are super friendly and appreciate my $$ and have much better sales, lower prices and products. – TC
