Michelle is awesome! I've had issues many times before with my orders using a sale or promo. It never came out to the amount I was told when ordering. This happened today again and I told her about it and she honored the price I was originally told 😊. Regardless of the price issues , all the employees I have had before at this location have been very helpful and super nice! I would definitely recommend dislocation anytime! One time I bought a product that didn’t work for me, and they kindly let me exchange it for something that suited me better. Everyone there has always been so nice, helpful, and professional. I used to like trulieve until today. I went in the middle of March to collect their punch card deal that was going on. Both my wife and I made a purchase on March 19th and did not receive a physical punch card from the employee. Upon arriving today I find out that it was supposed to be given to me and it was indeed a physical punch card and that they. wont give me one now even though their employee Jake made the mistake. I thought it was digital and the irresponsible employee that helped me recommended incorrect strains to my wife and did not hand me a punch card for my purchase or give one to my wife for hers, which is why I though it was digital. I will not be shopping at trulieve and won't recommend anyone come to this location or go to trulieve at all. I'll recommend story dispensary from now on. Jake also doesn't know what Sativa strains are when you ask for them because he will bring watermelon kush and wedding cake to you as if they are sativa hybrids don't get help from jake unless you want to get help from someone who doesn't care enough to help you correctly. Jars would retroactively honor deals amd discounts like this for you and reprimand an employee giving you incorrect location. Be more like JARS trulieve. – Liam Davis
