She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and took the time to answer our questions and make recommendations without making us feel rushed. This is one of my favorite places to go because it is directly off the freeway way, so the convenience factor is amazing! The prices are amazing! However, the last four trips, prior to today, I was unable to redeem my points. I have had great Budtenders, Savannah was patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! Shadrack was patient and helpful. He picked up on my request and built packages that Wowed Me! I had been having a difficult time redeeming my rewards. On previous visits , I have been unable to get my redeemable rewards, and Alexis was my Hero today, once again, she is consistently Super helpful and a bright star in the store.She resolved my persistent issue immediately!
