I am really disappointed. I went in a little over a week ago and the customer service was terrible. No real greetings, except from the security guard who was very friendly, no direction of where to go and I was the only in one there with 4 people behind the counter. The guy who ended up helping me needs a serious mentor. I grabbed a few edibles and he thought I was done. I wanted some flower, so upon his suggestion he wanted to up sell me the “white bronco”. Told me it would take me back to “2005”. It’s a picture of OJ Simpson’s white bronco. Hello, that was in 1994. Moving past that when I went to pay with my card he almost over charged me by $300! Luckily I have sense to pay attention. I would say I’ll stick with my usual spot in the future. – Amy S

I went in and paid with cash, 3 days later I'm getting emails from them for promos, meaning they are selling data using facial recognition tech without your consent. If this is what they are willing to do, what else? Last purchase I ever make there. – Adam Benedict
Urbn Leaf is hands down my favorite dispensary — the facility is always clean, welcoming, and stocked with great products. I love their deals and the point system makes coming back even more rewarding. The whole team is awesome, but I have to give a special shout-out to Lacey, who is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
