The best in San Jose! Jay Cee and Lacey tend to be there the most when I visit and they always refer me to new products that I might like and they haven't been wrong once! They also explain everything about the item I am purchasing so I can make the best decision. I am really disappointed. I went in a little over a week ago and the customer service was terrible. No real greetings, except from the security guard who was very friendly, no direction of where to go and I was the only in one there with 4 people behind the counter. The guy who ended up helping me needs a serious mentor. I grabbed a few edibles and he thought I was done. I wanted some flower, so upon his suggestion he wanted to up sell me the “white bronco”. Told me it would take me back to “2005”. It’s a picture of OJ Simpson’s white bronco. Hello, that was in 1994. Moving past that when I went to pay with my card he almost over charged me by $300! Luckily I have sense to pay attention. I would say I’ll stick with my usual spot in the future. – Amy S
