Verilife has to be one of, if not, the best dispensary buildings I’ve ever been inside of. Only the highest quality products come from here. The staff is also great. The man that helped me, named Hans, was very informative about the products I was purchasing. To top it off we talked about one of my favorite games while I waited for the order. On May 22nd, I stopped to shop there and I also sent an email to the North Aurora store, and no one took the time to respond. Be careful, before you leave, check that they gave you the right thing. These people do what they did to me to get rid of products they aren't selling. On May 22nd I stopped by at the last minute and the guy who helped me gave me the wrong order. I showed him what I wanted, 2 purple plague (shake) 7g, and he gave me other purple plague (popcorn) 7g with a lower percentage of THC that cost more than what I had shown him. I told him that wasn't the online price and showed him again what I wanted. Then he called the manager and she adjusted the price without noticing that there was another product with the same name but of lower quality, which I think isn't very smart to have two different products with the same name. When I left there, I noticed in my car, and when I tried to return to the building, they had already closed, the guy at the door with a broom told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should come back tomorrow with the receipt to talk to the manager. The thing is I drive 35 minutes to get there… I decided to open this product thinking it might not be so bad and that I might like it, but I didn't like it, and now I'm not happy stuck with this over my weekend….. Is there anything you can do?….. I never received a response. – Ares C
The people are fantastic they all put out massively good vibes and they're all kind and helpful as ever, but the only reason I gave 3 stars is because twice now I've gotten faulty product, first time I grabbed a gram of their house brand (matter) dabs and it was severely underweight like I'm talking a.43 on my zero point scale I sent an email truth be told not sure if it was to the right place about it but I never heard back and then just this past Sunday I bought an oil tank from ic collective I finally went to bust it open today and this thing was completely empty wax all over the thing must've leaked out ( I know this isn't the fault of verilife and they're team as they can't open up and look at the products they're selling to make sure they aren't selling nonsense poopoo broken garbage) but it still sucks ya know what I mean it's completely on the brand not them still makes me sad 😢 – Justin Noble
Meg!!!!!!!!!!! Badass human. Meg was very helpful and easy to talk with. They were able to adjust my order last minute. I ordered online, forgot what I ordered, switched flower for a drink, and was still treated like a normal human being. It was great! Did mention Meg is wonderfully pierced out?! I say this cuse we talked about having our bridge pierced. I enjoy making connections. It was overall a smooth, relaxing, and pleasant experience being helped by Meg. – Flo Perez
