Well I've been going to this place for quite a while. I have always had a good experience. But today was a disaster. To start with it was like a hundred and ten degrees in there. I mean come on turn on some AC for Christ sakes. Secondly I was told by the lady at the front desk that they take cash app card. Which they do not, or at least I couldn't get mine to work with their system. So she told me I had to turn around and get the money out of the ATM. But the ATM was down so I was told I would have to go to the lobby and get money out there. which I did, then when I come back in. They wanted me to get back in line and wait another hour to get seen. Which is just ridiculous when it's their fault that their machines were not working and she made me get out of line. That's just bad training, or poor management I don't know. But you can't treat customers that way it's not a good look. – Dad Linville
