Absolutely great experience. This is by far my favorite dispensary definitely the most affordable not only that they are very knowledgeable and the staff is very kind. This was my first time shopping at Verilife, and my experience was great! The kiosk was very easy to use and the staff friendly and helpful. Shoutout Joe for being the real MVP, I didn’t realize there was a 2/$55 deal for the flower I chose, so he double checked that I knew about it. She was excellent. I was having an issue because I easily spent over $1000 in the past year, and my account showed I have 0 points. Not only did she give me 15% discount for my next few purchases, but she made sure the problem is fixed and points are being added onto my account this time. Verilife East Syracuse is hands down the best dispensary I’ve visited in the Syracuse area. From the moment you walk in the staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable. They always remind me of deals and know exactly what I am there for. One of the standout features is how efficient everything is. There’s rarely a long wait, and even when there is a line, it moves quickly. The team works seamlessly together, and it’s reassuring to see management readily available to support staff when needed. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and there is a very chill vibe throughout. The overall experience is incredibly smooth and user-friendly. The in-store computer ordering system – from kiosk to counter – is simple to use. Online ordering is just as convenient, again super quick and easy, with pleasant people who check you in and out. The new rewards program rocks and definitely encourages repeat visits, between the deals and the rewards this place is so worth considering! It’s clear that the people working here genuinely enjoy what they do, and that positive energy makes a big difference. This is definitely a happy team. When you combine great service with a product that speaks for itself, you get an experience that truly stands out. Especially in the new land of many places to consider.
