Very unhappy customer. Purchased a cart battery by orchid that has westerns emblem all over it. It didn't last for less than a couple days. It started to turn on by itself and firing at random times. This ultimately ruined the expensive enterouge cart I bought on top of it. I was promised that there was a warranty on the battery itself and when I went to do the warranty through the manufacture, there is nothing. I went in and was told there was nothing they could do even though I was promised a warranty for a year through the manufacture. This company won't back their customers up and make the situation right. Be careful who you get your information from at western because it may be a lie. So unhappy and they lost a life long customer. $60 down the drain. – Shane Clemens
This is one of my favorite dispensaries. Meagan is the best!! I had the pleasure of first meeting her at Lake Oswego location. She was attentive and super friendly, greeting me with a smile that’s contagious. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for since one of the items in my online order was sold out. I had the pleasure of doing business with Meagan at the Cedar Hills location and once again she was amazing! They always have the RSO I need while other dispensaries do not. Awesome little pot shop. From buds to glass, dabs to pre rolls and clones and papers, they have it. Great deals, awesome staff that know what's what and happy to help. I’ve been in the last four Tuesdays and have had a great experience each time! Got to meet the team member Johnathan as well as the owner today. They were helpful and accommodating. I’ve slowly stopped going to other dispensaries because of the quality, freshness and price at this chain. It has not been beat! Only thing I might add is it would be sweet if y’all carried Avitas brand solventless rosin, although the solventless brand you have now is great! – Job Nollette
