MIKEY is the Greatest Of All Time!! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by them during my visit this afternoon. It was so fun seeing their exceptional people skills. They were very charismatic and it was a great time engaging with other customers in line, which is so rare—another woman in line remarked that it was nice to have such human conversation. I left feeling so much lighter and happy from such a small, but awesome interaction. I want to mention that the staff as a whole are all very nice and accommodating. His name escapes me, but I spoke with a very nice gentleman this morning during the short store closure. He helped me out over the phone around 9:30AM and made me want to come back in the afternoon in the first place, which led to the wonderful interaction with Mikey. HUGE shout out to him!! Both of them helped make my trip to WCC the most pleasant one I’ve had at any dispensary in the surrounding area, as well as the best trip I’ve had to any dispensary as a whole. I have been a happy regular customer for more than 2 years, My last purchase includes a disposable vape that was dead when I opened it. I put a charger on it and still dead. I took it to the Carpentersville facility to return or exchange it. The polite and helpful person at the counter went to get the manager to see what could be done. The RUDE manager basically told me "too bad we don't do that here. It is ok to take your business RISE". FOR AN $18.00 ITEM! – Kevin Myers
