Had a great experience here. The staff member who helped me, Lela, was super knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to explain different products instead of just rushing me through. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find what works best for them. Had a less than ideal experience here, long wait times and the bud tenders were less than friendly. Furthermore I was advised that their “live menu” displayed online is about 3 weeks old and is never up to date. The BIGGEST problem is that we bought an ounce that was stated to be testing at 20-23% however after purchasing it and looking at the label it is actually only 13% no cool at all and we won’t be back. – TheLifeOfMaya
