I came here for the first time looking for Dragon balm on a Wednesday afternoon and unfortunately, they were out. Lupe was very helpful, friendly and informative. He told me they were expecting more in soon and advised me of discounts that were available online and in-person. He showed me some topicals that I might be interested in but determined that the maximum strength Dragon balm had the highest content of pain relieving ingredients. He offered to take down my information and inform me when it came in. I have been going to Slow Burn since they opened their doors. They've ALWAYS been friendly but, have never told me about any discounts available to me. I'm a 70 y.o. disabled woman who purchases gummies and topicals regularly for chronic back and hip pain. Last time coming here manager on duty at around 7:40 PM just took product from vendor that was helping me and sold it to other customer. I placed order online was not satisfied when arrived said product not available, she proceeded to offer other indica product nd I said ill take it she got it off shelf nd walked a few then manger said wait no those are on hold nd there was 2x that product they could of split them ? First come first serve? Nd I was online.. no worries I will not be at this location anymore nd will let i n i know. Poor management decision making!!!! – Rigoberto Hernandez
