I came here for the first time looking for Dragon balm on a Wednesday afternoon and unfortunately, they were out. Lupe was very helpful, friendly and informative. He told me they were expecting more in soon and advised me of discounts that were available online and in-person. He showed me some topicals that I might be interested in but determined that the maximum strength Dragon balm had the highest content of pain relieving ingredients. He offered to take down my information and inform me when it came in. I have been going to Slow Burn since they opened their doors. They've ALWAYS been friendly but, have never told me about any discounts available to me. I'm a 70 y.o. disabled woman who purchases gummies and topicals regularly for chronic back and hip pain. Best dispensary in my opinion. Great prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great selection. Seems like there is always some kind of deal to be had and I like that senior discount.
