Quite a confusing experience. I went in for the first time today, and I was told at the door, verbatim, that I would get 10% off today. Okay, cool. No stipulations were told, so cool. I get in, wait in line, and go up to the counter to get told about the BOGO pre rolls. Again, cool. I get them, and ask about the discount. Was told “yeah, that’ll be for your next visit..you can’t use that today. I made one of these free so I thought that’d be a good replacement” my brother in Christ, that was the deal going on lmao not you. On top of it all, there was no cash only sign and the dude goes “oh yeah..I don’t take credit. You’ll have to go to the atm sorry” which, normally I’m like ok it’s a dispo. But…why not let that be known from the jump? Why not communicate that the discount had stipulations? Why say that you’re “making it right” by selling me a deal already going on? I’m not trying to be a Karen, but what a weird experience for a place considered one of the best dispos in NorCal. MainStage/embarc will continue to get my business – Adriana Williams

Employees are very kind + helpful! 😊👍 Unfortunately, inventory online at this store is not updated often enough. I ordered an item that was out of stock but said it was available on Weedmaps, drove all the way to Zen Garden Sac, + found out when I got there that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. No notification text/email was sent letting me know about the status of my order. I was able to choose another product with a really nice employee's help, but it wasn't as "good" as what I had ordered + the whole situation was kind of disappointing as a customer. Overall, not the greatest first experience, but I'm willing to try again for a better experience at a later date. – Alexis Larrouy
