This has been very helpful for me personally. It has helped me stay medicated and feel more stable with my schizoaffective and neurological conditions, including managing hallucinations. Quite a confusing experience. I went in for the first time today, and I was told at the door, verbatim, that I would get 10% off today. Okay, cool. No stipulations were told, so cool. I get in, wait in line, and go up to the counter to get told about the BOGO pre rolls. Again, cool. I get them, and ask about the discount. Was told “yeah, that’ll be for your next visit..you can’t use that today. I made one of these free so I thought that’d be a good replacement” my brother in Christ, that was the deal going on lmao not you. On top of it all, there was no cash only sign and the dude goes “oh yeah..I don’t take credit. You’ll have to go to the atm sorry” which, normally I’m like ok it’s a dispo. But…why not let that be known from the jump? Why not communicate that the discount had stipulations? Why say that you’re “making it right” by selling me a deal already going on? I’m not trying to be a Karen, but what a weird experience for a place considered one of the best dispos in NorCal. MainStage/embarc will continue to get my business – Adriana Williams
highly strange that online orders are returned @ 8 PM… coming thru @ 8:20 PM to pick up after a long day and being told my order got put back… you think ima wait on a Fri night to simply get what I had already ordered and hoped I could easily swing by and grab? Nah. You just lost out on $100.. been coming since this was Dr. Greenthumb, but may need to find a new watering hole… big sad over here – Alexa Martin
