Today, May 27th, went in for some RSO. Ryan was gonna be my tender, but my acct was kinda jacked, so he passed to Dylan. As per usual, service was great and account fixed. Thanks to all. I’ve been coming to this dispensary for years and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I bought a 3-for-$60 cart deal a few days ago. The first cart was fine, but the next two both tasted completely burnt right out of the package. I came back politely asking if there was anything they could do, and instead of even trying to help, the employee immediately treated me like I was trying to scam the store for free weed. He pulled up my account and loudly kept repeating that I “hadn’t been there in over a month,” even after I showed him text confirmations from my order just days earlier. He also insisted you “need an account to place an order,” which is completely false because I’ve checked out as a guest multiple times. So he obviously doesn’t know his own system What bothered me most wasn’t even them refusing the exchange (which he took “half my word” for it and only exchanged 1 cart) — it was the way I was treated. The employee was rude, miserable, and intentionally speaking extra loudly enough for everyone behind me to hear, basically implying I was lying and trying to get free product saying “people try getting free weed all the time from me” as if I was trying to do that. As a business owner myself, that’s not how you treat loyal customers at all. And really the only reason I write this review about this miserable manager/employee is because I would want to know myself if I had an employee as miserable as him. I believe he was the night shift manager that was there Monday night. Mistakes happen. Defective products happen. But publicly embarrassing a customer and accusing them of trying to finesse free weed instead of handling the situation professionally is crazy. Definitely reconsidering coming back after this experience. – Nathan Deleeuw

Alright, I started in Reno, NV at the Zen and they were kool. So I knew out the gate I was in great hands in Carson City, damn can it get any better exceptional customer service. Hella Kool and friendly and awesome. New club for myself and hubby but same club different location. New spot since we moved. Ricardo shout out to. I had the pleasure to have him check me out and ya he is amazing and friendly. Great customer service. I forgot the gentlemen next to him but he was Kool as well. I'll update when I catch his name again I smoke too much so I forgot lol, but thanks guys for making it exceptional. Savannah told us you all were awesome. She transferred to Reno and she worked in Carson first and she raved about Carson City club. Ya she was right. Awesome thank you. See y'all soon!!!! UPDATE: SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO ALEXIS THE MANAGER OF THIS CLUB SHE IS AWESOME LIKE LITERALLY I GOT THE SUPER PLEASURE TO MEET HER AND SHE WAS OUTSTANDING ALL AROUND … ALEXIS YOU SURE KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS . Thank YOU FOR THE PLEASURE OF MEETING YOU ALONG WITH MY HUSBAND CARLOS. WE MOVED HERE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND THIS CLUB OH WOW HANDS DOWN. SAVANNAH SURE STEERED US THE RIGHT WAY. Zen leaf is honestly one of the best places I go to get my weed. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, I went today and had an amazing experience. Heather was the one who helped me. Let me tell you. This lady is an actual weed scientist. She explained everything from terpenes, to how it makes you feel. You think it’s all talk?! Nah. She literally showed me the notes she’s accumulated from studying the use of marijuana and its effects. Whatever high you’re looking for, or even if you have no clue. Talk to Heather she’ll get you right. – John Estrada
