Edit: I did end up receiving a call from the company this time so that is appreciated. I initially left a one star review 4 months ago due to a very poor experience with Rebecca. I walked in 4 minutes before closing and she gave me a difficult time. She complained and had a very unprofessional tone, choice of words, and snatched the ipad from my hand. I am not proud of walking in shortly before closing, but it did not warrant the disrespectful treatment she gave me. I have not been here since then but there was an item I needed today. However, today the staff was super awesome, from the front desk to the back. Kiefert has very positive energy that made me feel so welcomed. I do want to add the reason I did not make this 4 or 5 stars is because the business misled & neglected my customer service concern. They responded to my initial review telling me to email them – so I did, and they never responded. I still hope to avoid this place as I do not want to support an establishment that does not take poor treatment of customers seriously. But if I find myself needing to come here, I suppose it is fine as long as Rebecca is not here. – Heba

I've been a regular customer for a little over a year now if not more, and I always have had good experiences. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and have always been nothing but kind and helpful to me, Miranda in particular the last time I went, and Kevin as well, they both have always been patient and kind to me, even with how frequently I buy. – Drew

Miranda was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I went with my friend who hasn’t smoked in a while and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made sure we knew dosages so we can ease her into it. She answered our multitude of questions and we learned a lot! Excited to try the mango revibe drink! – Victoria

They have a large and desired selection. The facility was very clean. Had a boutique feel to it without a heavy price tag in the products. Macy was our bud tender this evening and she was very informative and professional while sharing smiles and laughs with us. Overall one of the top better dispensaries I've been in over the years. – Allen Davison
