Zen Leaf Dispensary Cincinnati

I went in to purchase products and I was told that I have to use an ATM. I asked when did this change? I was told by that associate there is only one register in the entire store that is cash/aero pay only. I did not request this register. The associate pulled me to this register for the transaction. I then asked can you please move my transaction to another register I do not want to pull unnecessary money if every other register in the store has the ability to use my card . I was told they are not willing to do that. They refused to move my transaction to a register where I am able to use my card. I kindly asked to cancel my order probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a dispensary. I explained this issue to the two guys up front and they were no help either. I will not be returning. Also get your website working. Every single customer has to go to a kiosk to order. Such a waste of time. You can do better. No need to create minimum effort to help customers. – Dale T Hathaway

By far my favorite dispensary! I’ve been shopping dispensaries since 2019 in Detroit and Zen Leaf beats them all! The products are damn near the same at all the stores, what separates them is their customer service and they have the recipe for it to be exceptional. I truly hope the owner celebrates his amazing team often! I LOVE coming in here, it’s always on my way home from work when I stop and somedays I’m in a shitty mood and they are still the kindest souls! I swear I was so unpleasant to the person at the door when they switched and forced the online order but they were so kind in return! I actually now love this change! Zen Leaf please never change I love you so much ❤️ Mariah and every single person here is an absolute gem! Never had an uncomfortable experience until yesterday. Had a real heifer of a cashier yesterday. She was not knowledgeable in any of the products I asked about. Had my mom with cancer on the phone tryin to help my mom . The female was rude and told me I couldn’t be on my phone. Although someone was vaping in line behind me and never talked to once. My problem here is she canceled my order and tried to make me go to a kiosk. I had my order email and text confirmation. This particular female has chased my and my mothers business away. What ever standing attitude she has with power she can keep it there with you. She unZENED your shop. She has ZEN’T my money to any dispensary but here. Sadly my mom even was appalled how the girl was talking to me. If I come back… it will be to report here while she is on shift since she had no name tag visible 🍭 – lovely ethiopian

I had a review from 9 months ago, and 2 edits to it spaced apart over that time! All good stuff, but deleted it and wanted to update. I'm always impressed by how clean and nice looking the interior is, and how friendly security has been. Brittney (hope I got the spelling) helped me today. She was sweet and personable, she was very professional and fast service too, but didn't feel like I was rushed at all. Would come back based on her customer service alone. Got stuff on sale which is really nice this time of year. Happy customer here ♥ – Charlotte Coyle

They have okay prices but not the widest selection. Also, they are slow as molasses. I went on a weekday afternoon around 1:00 and it took a full 10 minutes for them to get me my stuff even though I had ordered online and was just there to pick up. This doesn't seem like a long time, but I had gotten a Lyft there and because they took so long my Lyft driver left me. Given that there were only two people in there waiting to be served but the people who were working there took so long to do simple transactions I am left very annoyed. – K Tempest Bradford
