Zen Leaf Dispensary Evanston

I placed an order online for express pickup. I get in the store, there's only two people at the register, 6 people in line, and each transaction is taking 5-9 minutes because of conversation. I only came here because I had a promo. Other workers came out to conversate and not ring people up, didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. Whats the point of ordering and paying ahead for "express pickup" when there is NOTHING express about it. False advertisement and misleading information to bring people in. I'll only be using them for when i get a promo or discounts. Not my preferred store, nor would I come here for convenience. Just not worth it. And to top it off, there was a qr code to download the app, but apparently the app doesn't work in "illinois" how convenient… – Cortez Young

this place is painful to be at unless you are the only person in line. not ONE of the employees works with urgency. they will leave a line of recreational shoppers 10 people deep and keep grabbing medical customers. they don’t need pot before full price customers. if it’s an emergency go to the ER. no one communicates to people waiting why they are being ignored. at the moment only 3 of the 8 people behind the counter are actually helping people. if there was ANYWHERE else in evanston i’d go there instead. i don’t care about the volume of other guest orders, it’s not my problem. staff better, teach efficiency, expect communication. i don’t want an apology and a copy paste reply. i want this to get better – Jason McNulty

Zero sense of urgency. Employees having chit chats while the line is out the door. ONE CASHIER Third visit and every time the line is out the door, go elsewhere. – Jared

Hi! I’m a frequenter of this Zenleaf and truly enjoy the staff at this location. The only complaint I have is that medical patients are not truly prioritized. Very frequently when I come in as the first medical guest, there are three or more recreational users seen before me. I don’t like to make reviews, but this has happened now many times with many of the staff so I wanted to make a small comment. It’s just a little bit difficult for some of us with more intense medical needs to wait, which is why I always look for a medical dispensary. Other than that, this place is lovely and I recommend it. The staff is pleasant and well-educated. The place is well-kept. Just please see medical patients first if this is truly a medical dispensary :) – disowning him

Their staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I visited this site for the first time recently, and I was thrilled with the service and phenomenal selection. I had visited the Roger's Park location about a year ago, as well, and they were equally as professional. I want to commend the owner for choosing such wonderful staff members. – Sherrille Lamb
