Well, now I know why this place gets a lower rating than it's surrounding competitors… Not open! unannounced! Just a little sign on the door written in Sharpie. You shoulda seen how much business they were losing… at least every 3 or 4 minutes I would see someone entering the parking lot, reading the sign that I saw, and then booking it out of there at the same level of frustration as I. And this was at 1:00 p.m. on a Monday… Just imagine if it was Friday evening. I really didn't want to give any more of my money to Fine Fettle… They make enough money. Typically have great experiences here but today was different. I purchased loose flower to deal with some body pain and had a pleasant experience despite returning from earlier in the week where their atm and debit machine was down. Upon my arrival home I opened the tamper proof package to find that indeed my weed appeared to be tampered with! The aluminum seal was broken and I immediately called Zen Leaf to report it. Spoiler alert: The number listed on google is to a call center and I was told that each store manager has the discretion to resolve issues like this based on what how they want to handle it. I return to the store and interact with a rude and dismissive lady who identifies herself as the general manager (after some prying I learn she's just the shift lead) who lets me know there's nothing they can do because they don't know what I did to the weed when I left the store. When asked if she recognizes how I feel about the safety of the product she blame shifts and tells me to take it up with CT Pharma. Frustrated, I asked for the general managers card and instead of giving it to me she directs me to the lobby saying "it's out there". Terrible terrible experience. I likely won't be going back. Between their system issues, the unsealed product, the attitude I received, and the fees you pay for convenience, this has been anything but convenient. Horrible company. Purchased a vape cart and glass was broken so I cut my hand pretty bad. I went in and let them know. They were rude and made me pay extra to get a new card. Also no apology for cutting my hand. Hands down worst dispensary I ever been to and never going back. Also they keep calling and harassing me about review but they should know when incident happened I called corporate right away and they were just as rude as store. I moved on and I will never return to zen leaf or cura leaf again. They get 1 star due to Google not allowing zero stars – Raymond Grimaldi

Each time I went to this dispensary it has allways been a good experience until I went last weekend. So let's explain this first, most dispensaries I understand do not let you open the products in there dispensaries so each time I wait to go outside to check and I don't even leave until I see that I got what I paid for. So last weekend I get outside and open my pre rolls and see the bud is all scattered around in the case as you all see in the photo, that was from a pre roll that looked like it wasn't rolled properly. So after I notice the problem I walk back in thinking at first they should have no problem giving me a refund since they gave me what I purchased damaged which came from them that way and at first they took a bit and I just got off work and just wanted to get home and they took there sweet time and all I wanted was a pack of pre rolls that I paid for being what I paid for, this girl comes from the back, not sure if she was a manager and acted at first like she wasn't going to return them and even said WE NORMALLY DON'T DO RETURNS, yup you heard that right, they did a return that one time and charged me again for taxes on the new pre rolls they gave me even after I paid allready, they let me keep the original pre rolls ontop of the new ones but the way it made me feel was like I was lying or something. They need to have a serious talk with there staff. Doesn't matter if there products came to them from a vender, I purchase directly from zen and expect to get what I paid for. I don't suggest anyone going to this dispensary again like they say they don't normally do returns for something you buy from them damaged or defective. So very sad, liked the place, not anymore. – Paul Nikolis
