I've been coming to Zen Leaf in Newington, CT since it opened. I rarely have had issues with products but it happens. I stopped in today because I had a issue with something I purchased the day prior, Taylor helped me out and as ALWAYS she was great and did a amazing job! The manager Chewy not only made it right but went ABOVE AND BEYOND in doing so, it's rare to find this level of service and professionalism these days so when it happens it NEEDS to be recognized. Always a pleasing and delightful experience! The staff is friendly, polite, knowlegable and extremely helpful each and everytime. Walked in and was greeted by staff right away. Told them what I was looking for and I was presented with a very good selection of pre-rolls(some of which infused). Was inevitably pleased with my product when I got home to enjoy it. Prices are what you'd expect in a dispensary, however, in my opinion it's worth it and you get what you pay for.
