I am a loyal customer, but I usually stop in when its busier. I had some questions about previous product I've purchased and Samuel walked me through an issue I had with it. I hadn't looked for what I wanted yet, so he quickly brought up what I was looking for. His assist and knowledge was very helpful. – David Ward
It would be so much better if there was some urgency in getting the orders complete. I usually dread going cause I know I’m gonna wait regardless of time I go or day. They are just slow. VERY SLOW! Bring a book. Otherwise they are ok. Good variety of product. – lyn

I visit regularly because it's conveniently close to where I work so I can stop in on break, and it has a great selection of products. But the wait time is awful. I regularly have to wait at the FRONT of the line for AT LEAST 30 minutes because of slow check out times. The staff is friendly, but it seems like there's no sense of urgency to get the line moving any quicker. – Matt “Mustang Matty” B
