The service here has always been on point and the only reason why I stopped going to any dispensary was because it was no longer economical. I truly appreciate the efficiency of the new "walk in" customer experience and now that they changed their point system, I am always only a few purchases away from getting $5 – 10 off. My husband and I came here for the first time and it was a really great experience except for one of the employees. But Mr. Dahnk(dank) was super dope, he helped us get the best bang for our buck and he stayed with us until we were all the way satisfied. The dude at the checkout was dope too – Destiny Smith

Great dispensary, I only shop recreationally so I can't speak on the medical side of purchasing. Staff are always friendly and I don't have any issues asking them questions. I typically only buy 1 type of edible and when there was a period of time that it was low stock/frequently sold out their staff was very knowledgeable about the situation with the brand and specific item I get and let me know when to start expecting it back in stock without issues again. Most of the time when I visit there is either a food truck or another small vendor selling outdoor. Never had an issue with the other vendors and I love that they partner up like this! Getting food while picking up orders is a huge convenience that I love. The shop operates mostly bodega style now, I haven't had a chance to really see how that feels as I usually place online orders. – Kirby Watkins

Came here after not coming here for a year or more because it was on my way home, the store layout changed since my last time in and I was slightly confused on where to go to check in, the girls working the check in were so rude, rolled their eyes and laughed at me together because I didn’t know where to go, then rudely told me to check in with them. I work in the cannabis industry myself. I understand people may have anxiety, or they may of never been to a store before and the layouts of dispensaries can be kind of crazy, I get you work here, you know the drill, but customers like me who don’t work here and know the drill get confused, and that’s not something you should make people feel uncomfortable for. Made sure to let my friends and co workers know about my experience here and to let them know to do better and not get frustrated and make people feel stupid who are just trying to shop.
