At first glance, I was actually very impressed and happy with my experience with the shop… They were courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and knew their shit! But then their product sadly disappoints when it comes to their pre-rolls I had picked up some of their lower end 1 g pre-rolls. I had part partially of one and as I had gotten ready to relight to finish said pre-roll I hadn’t realized that all of the ground up green had came out in one piece and without knowing obviously I lit the paper and burnt my eyelashes off called to let the Store know not expecting anything of course just wanted to let them know so it didn’t happen again to anybody else and they acted like it was no big deal so please beware pack your pre-rolls extra if you buy them from them or just don’t buy them from them because I know from experience eyelashes take a very, very long time to grow back if they ever grow back at all! I’ve been a customer here before and recently purchased a Flip Side disposable by Plaid Jacket. When I opened it, the oil level appeared to be under half full compared to previous disposables I’ve purchased from the same brand. I brought it back to the dispensary to ask about it. The staff checked it and told me it wasn’t considered defective because the device still worked. The only solution offered was a discount on another purchase. I understand stores have policies, but it was disappointing to spend money on a product that appeared significantly underfilled and not receive a replacement or refund. I wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable—just a resolution that matched the situation. I’m sharing this so other customers know what to expect if they have a similar issue. – Eddieboii 253

I asked for an ounce of indica, and was hoping it was indica but it was sativa. And if a customer asked for Indica you give them Indica, not Sativa. Now I can't smoke what I want to smoke, I shouldn't have to look at my package because I trusted you guys to get my order right but yall didn't.
