included are pictures of a door that is never supposed to be left open. it literally says on the door to keep the door closed. this shows how careless they are about their job. the staff are extremely disrespectful. they do not care about customer service. mostly every single time that I come here, I walk in and rather than taking care of the customers that are standing in line, they are sitting around talking and laughing with each other. they will literally finish their conversation with their coworker, laughing and talking about personal matters That have nothing to do with what they are supposed to be doing in their job. This is an email that I sent to them In regards to a terrible experience that I had earlier today: I visited your Sodo location today and purchased two disposable vapes. I get home and open one of them and it does not work at all. I called the store to explain to them about my issue. The person who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful. i believe his name was Terell or Terez he is a light skinned black man with long dreads. I would appreciate a phone call from the stores Top manager. (not just a manager on duty for the day) I would like to speak to one of the higher ups about how rude and disrespectful your staff was to me on the phone. I just wanted to simply explain my issue about the defective product and how inconvenient it is to have to drive all the way back to the store. I am a widow with two kids. my husband was murdered. i don’t have much money but i chose to spend it at your establishment to buy me a disposable. i chose to drive 30 minutes to your store to do business with your company. and i don’t even get two words in before this staff member interrupted me and told me he was busy and did not have time to listen to my problems. I have been a loyal customer for years I don’t go to any other dispensaries, except for this one. I cannot believe someone would be so rude to treat a customer that way. Terrell or Terez whatever his name is should never be allowed to answer the phone. Every single time I come in there I see your staff members laughing talking to each other, ignoring the people who are standing in line so that they can sit there and talk to each other! They are so unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate of people’s time. this is not a proper way to do business. i am extremely hurt and disappointed. EDITED TO ADD THAT THE ONLT BUDTENDERS THAT HAVE BEEN NICE TO ME ARE JEFF AND LEILANI AND ONE OTHER GIRL I FORGOT HER NAME BUT SHE WAS SUPER NICE. i wish so badly i could remember her name. – Jenn Martin

bro me and my friend came during the afternoon and cricket that asian girl was there when i tell you this girl is genuinely the funniest and cutest employee you have in this establishment 😭😭 i love her she was so SO HELPFUL and she even went as far as to recommend nice spots to go around here, that meant so much to me cause im visiting from fl. her attitude alone makes me wanna come to this specific store everytime i visit. we all need a cricket in our life 😛✨ thanks babe!! – lani

I have come here plenty of times but no one has been as knowledgeable and patient as Lashe, She explained to me the difference of a CBN and CBG and recommended me some great products for my pain. As soon as I started to feel the products she recommended me I could tell they were going to work wonders and they did. She had a few co workers ask her things while tending me but she was so quick and efficient with them and let me know ahead of time as well. I was surprised to find out she wasn’t the Lead on shift because of how efficient she was. I wait for her even when there’s a long line and she never makes me feel rushed. I love the que of the lines and music as i’m waiting though and I am appreciated everytime I shop. Great vibes all around but a little extra when it comes to LaShe – Moni

This is my go-to spot! I love the music and the speed at which customers are helped. I’ve me so many great and kind employees but yesterday I was helped with a quickness and professionalism that made me ask her name. Was doing a cross country drive so I have been to alot of dispensaries all over the US and this is one of the worst, staff was pushy and impatient, I had no way of seeing their inventory unless I got online which cell service was lacking.. lady told me we have best prices so I got an 3.5grams of Mac and it somehow cost me 60 dollars.. the weed was lack luster, very dry and underwhelming. I don't know how 60 an 1/8 is best prices but next time im in seattle i will not return to this store!! – Nickolas Kolbek
